The acquisition of RQA Europe's Field Service division now enables Stericycle to offer the most comprehensive and best-in-class product retrieval, retail quality audit and recall and withdrawal services in Europe. RQA Europe's Consultancy and Training Division remains unaffected and will continue to provide a portfolio of industry leading consultancy and training services related to food safety, product recall, crisis management and business continuity for the Food & Beverage and Consumer Products sectors.

Since 2006, Stericycle Inc. and RQA Inc. have maintained a strategic alliance in the U.S. to provide industry leading field services in North America. This led to Stericycle's acquisition of these business segments at the end of 2010. The acquisition of RQA Europe's field services gives Stericycle a solid platform to support its clients with a diverse set of global solutions
